Orange Flea Market

I love going to the Orange Flea Market because it's not too big and you can actually spend time scavenging through each booth. The vendors are really nice and very informative on the items they sell.

So check it out. There's no charge to get in and plus there are more antique stores in the area at the Orange Circle.

When: Second Saturday of every month

Hours: 7am-3pm

Where: 146 N. Grand Street, Orange CA 92866

  • Free Parking
  • Pet Friendly

Jack's 1st Birthday

My son, Jackson, was turning one on December 15 and I had two weeks to prepare for his party. I didn't know what theme I wanted to create but I DID know I didn't want to spend that much money on it because when you have four people in your family with December birthdays and Christmas creeping in the wallet gets tighter.

Since my husband is a mechanic and his garage is filled with tools and signs and not to mention our junk stash from estate sales and garage sales I thought a vintage garage theme was in the works. Candies and goody bags I ordered from Amazon and if you have Amazon Prime like I do everything I ordered was free shipping and I received it within 1-2 business days.

Overall, the party was a success and I'm glad I won't have to do another one till he turns 5.
